All JALITE signs are produced in compliance with pictograms, shapes, sizes, colours, qualities and luminescence required by law and regulations in force, , UNE 23033-1: 2019, UNE 23034: 88, UNE 23035-1: 03, UNE 23035-2: 03, UNE 23035-3: 03, UNE 23035-4: 03.

Depending on the place of application, JALITE signs can be flat, banner-shaped, on a triangular or overhead base, and are available in methacrylate finishes, framed aluminium, steel brackets, vandal-proof or according to specific customer requirements.

Our signage systems are available in categories A, B or higher.


- MARKING

JALITE fail-safe photo-luminescent signs and signage for immediate evacuation are mostly used for evacuation routes, obstacle marking and fire-fighting equipment framing.

They come in a variety of materials such as PVC, aluminium, steel, vinyl, ceramic, glass, paints and so on, depending on customer or location requirements. We offer a wide variety of finishes, of which anti-skidding solutions for floors excel, as well as multiple prints and colours with evacuation arrows, smearing, pictograms and texts, as well as vandal-proof brackets or edge protector for areas of heavy transit.

Our marking comply with category A according to UNE 23035-4, even reaching values beyond those that are required.

    


- EVACUATION PLANS ("you are here")

JALITE evacuation plans are produced in accordance with the UNE 23032 and A4, A3 and A2 sizes. Base backgrounds can be made of PVC, aluminium and steel, though other materials are available upon request. Evacuation plans are required where activities are performed as described in appendix I of the Basic Self-Protection Regulation, Spanish Royal Decree 393/2007, and in tourist establishments.

Depending on the place of application, evacuation plans are available on methacrylate backgrounds, framed aluminium, steel or according to specific customer requirements.

                 


- TACTILE PAVING

In order to improve the evacuation and use of various facilities for individuals with visual impairment, JALITE offers security systems within its product range, such as tactile paving. We produce finishes in well-contrasted colours to the environment and standard topography for guidance and recognition in respect of obstacles or uneven ground. They are applied to passenger facilities, platform edges, elevators, ticket vending machines, lifts, stairways and evacuation routes.

Tactile paving has been designed under the applicable law in force and are certified by official laboratories.

It not only facilitates the mobility of individuals with visual impairment, but it accelerates the mobility of people in general, when combined with photo-luminescent marking systems which are visible even throughout failures to electric lighting systems.

    


- PHOTO-LUMINESCENT SAFETY GARMENTS

We produce materials for fabric safety by tying in reflective and photo-luminescent finishes to individual protection equipment for risk prevention and emergency situations.




- SIGNS, MARKING AND TUNNEL LIGHTING

Our products for tunnels cover all kinds of signs and signage and plans, as well as evacuation guidance and lighting solutions.

They comfortably exceed minimum requirements for luminosity according to the latest EU directive. It is a specifically developed type of signage. It is not simply manufactured out of steel or aluminium to resist aging and climatic conditions, but it is particularly treated with protectors to prevent dirt and strong corrosion in exposed environments. In addition, photo-luminescent products for tunnels can withstand extreme temperatures, both in winter and in the event of fire. Their lighting characteristics are surprising and comfortably exceed by more than 5 times the so-called high luminescence systems, and are activated with very little ambient light.

They are also tested and certified in accordance with all applicable legal regulations and meet the most stringent national and international requirements.
